Amazon.com has always been one of my favorite affiliate programs because everyone knows Amazon. They know they provide a solid, reputable place to shop on the web. Their commissions to affiliates are great, but I would take a 30 dollar commission any day over a 20 cent click on an AdSense ad.

Day Job Killer… its about to get interesting…

Lets be real here. Most people will never abandon their nine-to-five, stuck-in-a-rut jobs. They will die that way, broke and bitter. But you have the chance to be the exception. That’s how the copy reads for a hot new product called Day Job Killer. Does it work? I don’t know, I have yet to try it. But I do know that Clickbank is currently indicating a gravity of almost 800, an incredibly hight number for any offer. What is gravity you ask? It is Clickbanks measure of how many of it’s affiliates are promoting the product. So jusging by the numbers of affiliates promoting this product it must be making someone some decent money. Certainly worth a read, even if just to read a good selling page.

I just saw a new kind of Google AdSense ad on one of my sites. The ad uses an emphasized link font as shown here in this screen capture.

Looks like Google is doing some more testing in the wild. It could raise CTR’s for some, as I noticed this ad instantly (of course, I’m a publisher so I look for these things). I have heard Google is tinkering with their logo on the ads as well.
